When buying tickets, vouchers, services or products from Black History Walking Tours Edinburgh you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Due to circumstances beyond our control such as illness or inclement weather, we may have to withdraw and cancel services. You will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in full minus any booking charges.
Just so you know, the Black History Walking Tour of Edinburgh is a form of cultural production and has been copyrighted. Please do not duplicate the information on the walking tour map without prior permission.
Safety issues - Please be aware that you need to be reasonably fit for the walk, and are responsible for your own safety. Taking part in the tour means you are participating at your own risk. If you have pre-existing conditions that may be relevant or feel unwell during the tour, please let your guide know. You are also responsible for looking after your own belongings.
Refunds policy - Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Tickets are not transferable. There are discounts available for students and unwaged, so please ask. Under 14s pay 50 % of adult cost and under 5s free. Unfortunately we cannot take cash during the tour at the moment due to licensing requirements
Unlawful or abusive behaviour - Any customer engaging in unlawful , threatening or unsafe behavior, hate speech, bullying etc may be asked to leave the tour. and will not be refunded.

Our refund policy:

Terms of refund - up to 7 days before event in full minus booking an processing fees.
All customers refunded in full as above in case of inclement weather, tour guide injury or illness or otherwise unforseen event
Reason for return (illness, lack of transport due to strikes or stoppage of service no longer visiting Edinburgh)
Process for return (email explaining reasons)
Process of refund (bank transfer or PayPal)
